MEXICO, Mexico City, pillar 1 real, Philip V, 1743 M, NGC XF details / cleaned. Yonaka-M1.43; Cal-519; KM-75.2. Bold strike with lustrous but hairlined fields, toning around details, one of three certified by NGC as the overdate 1743/2 mentioned in Gilboy (M-1-15a), but we can see no evidence of 3/2, and Yonaka notes that he could not verify the overdate "despite numerous candidates having been put forth."
